two key components TO OUR NADCA CERTIFIED PROCESS
We use compressed air nozzles and air whips to loosen contaminants from duct surfaces. We remove vent covers in each room and push contaminants down towards our Abatement HEPA-AIRE vacuum suction unit.
Our Abatement HEPA-AIRE vacuum suction unit collects all loose particles and effectively removes them from the ducts. This unit is running continuously while we go to each vent and push dirt down toward this unit.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR SERVICE
Our courteous office staff schedules your appointment and will follow up with a reminder call the day before your service date.
No work is sub-contracted out! Our indoor air quality specialists are experienced in the latest and most effective cleaning procedures for our NADCA certified process.
RESPECT YOUR PROPERTY
We will do an initial walk thru to determine any access or furniture items that require special attention.
NEGATIVE AIR PRESSURE
Our Abatement HEPA vacuums are the best in the industry. The 12” vacuum hose is attached to the access hole we cut in both the supply and return sides of the system. During the cleaning, all dirt and debris is pulled directly into the vacuum.
SCRUB THE SYSTEM
Pulling large volumes of air toward our vacuum, we now send our air sweep tools down each supply run to remove every trace of dirt, dust, and hair.
COLD AIR RETURNS
Once all the supply ducts are clean, we move to the return air system. This includes all the grill covers and drops throughout the house.
TRUNKS AND PLENUMS
All trunk lines and plenums for supply and returns are cleaned with our air whips and 1” access holes required are sealed with special plastic plugs to prevent air loss.
SEALING IT UP
New galvanized access panels which overlap the openings are installed. These are screwed in place and taped to prevent air loss. All debris is removed.
FINAL WALK THRU
Finally, we walk through the home with you and our checklist to ensure your satisfaction. We then welcome you to be part of our Review program.
